Description of the apartment

The best way to visit such a special city is to have the possibility to live as a Venetian!
In this small extraordinary apartment you will feel like in a dream!
It is not only an apartment, it is the best suite you can find, with a private access to the “Canal Grande”. If you want to use a taxi-boat, or a gondola, you can give them the address, close the door and jump on the boat!
If you want to have your “Bellini” sitting on the “Canal Grande” you can prepare it yourself, open the door and sit outside (the terrace is 12sq mt) watching the gondolas and boats go by.
One of the real problems in Venice is walking with your suitcase to reach the hotel, no problem with this location! Outside the train station you will take a “vaporetto” to the “Ca’ d’Oro”(3 stops) and in a few minutes you will be at home without using steps and bridges.

The building has been completely restored in 2007. The apartment is on the ground floor, entering a small “corte”(courtyard), there are few steps.

Entering the apartment you will see the view of the “Canal Grande” at the end of the corridor.
You pass by the bedroom, with a queen size bed, the green bathroom with a large shower, and finally into the beautiful living room!
The entire apartment has been furnished in Venetian taste! In the living room you will see the exit on the “Canal Grande”. One big French-window leads you outside.
In the living room you have a sofa and two armchairs, glass table that can hold up to 6 people, in case you want to invite friends for dinner! And there is a big mirror that hides the fully equipped kitchen!
A real surprise, once you open the mirror-door, you can cook to your delight!

If you really want to be involved in the life of the city, you can use the (local) gondola service, with just 50cents, it will take you to the food and fish market that is on the opposite bank.

Rialto 5 minutes, S.Marco 10 minutes, try to go around by yourself and enjoy getting lost!!!! You will always find the way back.

Finally, going out, you will find all the shops you need (supermarket 5minutes) if you want to relax at home, or restaurants, if you want to go out.
