A picturesque historic and artistic centre in the heart of the green countryside of Umbria, Spoleto is internationally famed for its artistical and cultural events, including the Festival dei Due Mondi and the Teatro Lirico Sperimentale.

It is the perfect base for touring the whole of central Italy.
Set in a beautiful rural surroundings, the house is just two kilometres from the town centre. The oldest part extant of the country house includes the small private chapel, dating from 1699.
The property enjoys spectacular views over the Martani Hills and the rolling landscape around.
The proprietors, who live in the principal house, offer their personal welcome to visitors.

DESCRIPTION
Each lodging is furnished in keeping with the spirit of Umbrian living.
Just 150 meters away, the large swimming pool nestles in four hectares of olive groves surrounding the house.
Lower level, sitting/dining room with fitted kitchen corner, opening onto terrace; two bedrooms one double, one twin; one bathroom with bath tub.
