Description of the apartment

This cosy apartment is located on a characteristic little street close to the lively and multiethnic Campo de’ Fiori, habitual meeting point for tourists and locals alike. A farmer's market is held here 6 days a week. The piazza comes alive with bars, clubs, and a vibrant social scene. Almost anything the historic centre has to offer can be reached within a 20 minute walk, but no worries, the area is well served by busses for those who prefer to take it easy. Located in a building dating back to the 17th century, the stairs (no elevator) are very simple. Two floors to reach the apartment.

The apartment is furnished with taste, charmingly decorated with great attention to detail, completely renovated in 2008.
Ground floor: from the spacious entrance you have two doors, one leads into the double bedroom with the window that opens onto an inner silent court, there is no air conditioning in this room, but a fan on the ceiling, the other door leads into a very nice and spacious bathroom with a very comfortable shower.
An iron spiral staircase takes you on the first floor into the luminous living-dining room with a kitchenette fully equipped, one sofa, two armchairs and a table for four people, air conditioning. The room has the exit on the terrace of 40 sq Mt; it overlooks all the roofs and terraces of the district. You can even see some of the domes of the churches of the area. No noise at all, even if Campo de’ Fiori is so close!

The second double bedroom is on this floor, with a small window, air conditioning; the bathroom is very small but complete with shower.
